Soon as I walked in the room They had roaches and bugs in bed so I went down to the lobby and told them and they didn’t do anything so i grabbed my stuff and had to drive 45 minutes for a decent hotel.

Not a great stay
The property was old with few amenities. The mattress slid off of the box spring when we sat on it. The water was brown coming from the bathroom faucets and toilet. The breakfast was ok. The coffee was fresh and hot. There was a decent selection. The woman making breakfast was friendly and helpful.

The Internet did not work throughout my stay, and the desk staff could not provide resources or support to troubleshoot; the ice machine was not working throughout my stay, and I had challenges getting the elevator to operate as it should. The buttons were stuck, and the doors did not close promptly. The walls are also paper thin--I could hear other guests snoring and having sex throughout my stay. For a week-long stay, I was provided with two towels for bathing, and no additional towels were offered. There were also unexplained stains on my bedding that made me uncomfortable throughout the stay. The staff were also not the most professional. When I arrived to the property during the night, the guy working the front desk was wearing sweats, watching reality tv in the lobby with no shoes on. Throughout my stay, this gentleman used curse words and other unbecoming language whenever I interacted with him. I did appreciate the breakfast that was provided, but options were limited and I'd rather not see the breakfast options prepared at the time guests are attempting to eat. Preparing pancakes in the microwaves meant that guests were not able to use the microwave.

We asked for a quiet area but was given a room near the elevator. Staff was friendly when spoken to but did not greet if you didn’t engage. May sound picky but my biggest complaint is the trash cans. I don’t understand why the trash bag is just laid over the side of the can. When you want to put something in the trash you shouldn’t have to stop & put the bag in place. Seemed rather lazy.

Rodeway is Okay with Me!
The rooms were clean but the concierge wasn’t much help with a couple of issues we had in the room. However, they weren’t life and death issues, so we managed to work it out. There’s a Walmart right next door, which is very convenient since you always need something, and several eating places within driving distance. The continental breakfast was decent.

The staff were very nice and helpful. The property owner needs to do updates. Pillows and bedding were extremely old and in need of replacing. The pool was in bad shape. Smell of marijuana in and around property.

Absolutely awful
Never again. I am not picky with hotels, but this was terrible. It is in severe need of a cleaning. Smoking rooms are across the hall from non-smoking so all the halls are filled with smoke. It wasn’t just cigarettes either and there were several people sitting in the parking lot smoking marijuana so you had to smell that walking to your car. The staff watched a lady bring her three kids to breakfast and the older son had no shirt or shoes, and the two girls wear in nothing but diapers and were sitting in the chairs. Never again. It’s very unkept and dirty. A guy walked in with a dog bowl and the staff asked if he had a dog inside. He said no and they let him head on. The dog was down the hall from us barking. Never again.

Never again.

This hotel offers smoking rooms so please be aware of that! They originally gave me a room at smelled like an ashtray. I requested a different room and received one that was much better. The staff that night was also an issue. The person at the front had some kind of large group in the lobby that she was hanging out with and didn't really want to leave to handle my issues. I had describe my issue in front of everyone. She didn't tell me the times for breakfast or the internet password. She was friendly enough but very distracted.

I always stay here when i come to town for family trips. This trip was the first time they actually had out their "hot" breakfast.... well it was terriable. The pancakes were so hard the broke like cookies. The biscuits were the same way. They only put out sausage patties and a few hunny buns. Even tho i looked in the kitchen and there were plenty of eggs and gravy mix... just wasnt Put out. . . Oh well.. i managed. Just think its a little ridiculous that we have been restricted for so long as we have and finally get to enjoy some of the amenities thatvwe oay fir and thats what we get..... JUST DO BETTER.....

The rooms was nice. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned but it got cleaned. The door at the end was broken and wouldn’t lock so not the safest. Trash was all around picnic tables and the pool wasn’t the cleanest in or around it. Couldn’t see the bottom of the pool. Breakfast was not prepared when it was suppose to be so we didn’t get to enjoy it due to having to be gone. Disappointed

Checkin was a breeze & employees are fantastic. Upon entering the room it appeared neat & tidy, but wasn’t up to cleaning standards. Found something sticky like soda on the ice bucket & tub stained/rusted. Bedding clean but beds were uncomfortable. Very noisy neighbors on both sides. Made it work because it’s better than the other two hotel options in winnfield.
