Pr Google Map the distance is 0.2 mile (4 min walk) from the lobby of the complex to the Gondola at the base. Regarding car lines: we do (at certain times of the day) have a little bit of a line to get through the gates to the base area. Sorry that you felt it was frustrating, but unfortunately it isn't anything we can control. (we "just" rent out properties) Your feedback on the loose lamps, cords, and dining room chair has been duly noted, and we have already addressed these minor issues. In the future, if there should ever be any issues (such as a loose leg on a dining chair, few loose lamp shades, a window screeen not in place 100%, or a cords out of the cover-track) and it hinders you from truly enjoying your stay, we are only a phone call away. The issues brought to my attention was handled in less than 15-20 mins in total. We do sincerely appreciate you bringing it to our attention! We value your input, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again, providing an even better experience in the future.

We did everything we could to make your trip pleasant including early check in / later check out etc. We will try to talk to the owner about replacing the TV (however not sure how successful we will be) Maybe we can see if we can add a Firestick to solve the important issue of having Netflix as an option.

We have sent message to the owner of the property and asked them to let us know if they will allow us to purchase a new "topper" for the sofa sleeper. The ottoman sleeper is intended for a younger kid (not an adult) Normally these condos are only set up to sleep 4 people, but we learned that many parents travel with 3 kiddos, hence we tried to fix that by adding the ottoman sleeper to avoid the family having to upgrade to a 2 bedroom condo. Glad that you liked the location and that you found the space as described in the listing. Hope you had a good time skiing.

Thanks for staying with us and taking time to write about your stay. We will get the window screens & furniture checked out and make needed replacement & repair right away. Unfortunately the parking garage entry / exit is controlled by a 3rd party. We did check with the HOA to see if there were a widespread issue with the scanner, and was told that everything was working as it should. Agree that the system can be a little finicky and that if you do not scan your way, that you will have issues when you try to scan your way out (as system does not have you recorded as vehicle being inside the garage) Same goes if you do not scan your way out, it will not allow you to scan your way in (as the system still have your vehicle as being inside the garage) It is written in the check in instructions that it is important that you do not tailgate your way in / your way out, but I will make sure that we re-read our instructions to see if there is a way to improve the wording of our instructions. The elevators are on the other side of the other hallway (about 1 min walk). Stairs to get to the hot tub (1 floor below) is about 15 seconds away from the condo. The entry code to the condo is 7 digits and I can see that it may not always be convenient, but unfortunately that is how the HOA have the system set up - for security and safety of guests of the complex. Does not sound like you had the greatest experience, and for that I am very sorry.

Our maintenance guy did show up to try to fix the bathroom door lock (your daughter might have forgotten to tell you) We were not able to fix it on the spot as special part needed to be ordered. (awaiting for it to show up) I will get maintenance in to check (replace if needed) the bathtub faucet + get the fireplace going.
