“The cabin is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The tv gives you all options possible. John and Mollie are attentive and pleasant. The location was great—close to town. And, most importantly, there was an EV plug less than a mile away so we could charge our electric car, and walk back to the cabin—enabling leaving it there for a while. We hope to return next year!”

“We had an excellent stay at Herb Cottage. It was charming and homey. Check in was simple, guidelines clear. Lots of privacy which was great! I will say that although you could walk to downtown Woodstock, there are no sidewalks and I personally would not have felt safe walking down the road to town, especially since there is little shoulder.”

“My group of 6 absolutely loved our stay here. The house itself is beautiful, the location terrific and the host is very responsive. We took advantage of the heated pool and spent a lot of time on the covered porch. I would definitely recommend it to anyone…we didn’t want to leave! ”

“Our family had a wonderful Thanksgiving at this lovely home. It was so easy to make dinner, as the kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed, and we were able to spread out and enjoy the beautiful rooms for movie time, or reading. The beds were extremely comfortable with super-soft linens. This house was central to everything, and in a perfect neighborhood. The host was incredibly responsive and even made suggestions for things to do! 12/10 - highly recommend.”
