Located right on the dune at Wooli is this renovated original beach house with all the right ingredients. A large outdoor, under-cover all-weather entertaining area provides a shady relaxed summer space and in winter has an enclosed fireplace for cosy outdoor evenings. A short walk from the wooden gate at the end of the garden takes you to the top of the dune where you can sit at the table and chairs enjoying the majestic Wooli beach laid out before you.

Back into the garden and grab a lemon from the tree for a well-earned G&T. Jump under the outdoor shower then head inside where both the kitchen and bathroom have been brought up to date with modern appliances and amenities. Three bedrooms in the main house sleep 6 people, plus an additional bedroom with a queen bed detached from the main house

The home has security screen doors front and rear so you can catch the summer breezes and hear the sound of the surf at night. All windows have insect screens. For those rare extra hot nights, the home is air-conditioned throughout. There is plenty of off-street parking for cars and boats on either side of the house.
