I cannot make a comment about the property, what i can say is they were the only company that contacted me during closure of Polish border. This in my opinion makes good customer service, something expedia should learn. I hope to visit the property in the near future

Excellent except for the major toilet fail
This is an excellent hotel with excellent staff. I have stayed at many hotels in Wrocław, but this is the only one that I regularly come back to. However, the only down side to this place is if you are quite big horizontally, because the toilet seat area lacks width and is very very uncomfortable. This is really a major thing but only for larger people. This is not something that is easily overlooked. Must also mention the food is excellent.

The hotel was new, clean and smelled great. The staff were friendly and helpful. They ordered us a taxi for the airport and it came early. A very pleasant stay.

The hotel was adequate for an overnight business stay. My room was in the second floor but I was told the lifts are out of order. Having dragged my case to the room I was happily surprised to not tea and coffee making facilities but no mini bar for my perishables! I used the bag hanging out of the window method! I expect there to be in reach of the bed, light switches and a socket to charge my iPad etc. There was neither. It is less than ten minutes and only PLN23 to the airport.

Easy to find, easy check in, convenient location for airport (20mins drive), hotel is in middle of dark wasteland but shops etc a verys hort drive away. Greta room, good internet, shower etc.

Too far away from everything
My flight left early in the morning, so I booked the hotel to not have to get up too early. But the location is so remote, as a woman alone, you would not even want to go for a walk in this area, no houses around, not many cars. If you do have a car or if you want to organise a conference, it might be brilliant. Staff is friendly and helpfull, hotel is very clean and I loved the shower.
