“Hair in the sink. Only went barefoot once as the floor had pebbles, etc and needed vacuuming. Reserved a 1st floor room but got 2nd floor. One couple had reserved a 1st floor room and cannot do stairs and were charged $20 extra because the room had a jacuzzi and was the only 1st floor room they could get. Also the ice machine was broken the whole time and they did not provide a way to get ice. They are located next to a Casey's! (They have an area with self serve items including frozen……
