Beach House - Y842 Minutes to York Beach
A nice, clean, and great location vacation rental off-Broadway in the Short Sands Beach area of York Beach, ME. It is a 2 story, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. One bedroom has a "peek-a-boo" view of the ocean. A washer and dryer are included. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, and electric stove. No need to wait at a laundromat while vacationing or dine out if you wish not to! Note: No pets! No Smoking on property or premises. A very short walk to Short Sands beach (approx 3/10 mile) where transportation for buses to Ogunquit and Long Sands Beach is available in season. Short Sands Shops, arcades and restaurants, basketball courts, and kids playground are also at Short Sands. Amenities include: Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Flat Screen TV, DVD, Stereo Radio, Free Hi-Speed Wi-Fi, Hair Dryer, Covered Deck, Gas BBQ, Firepit, Beach Cart, Outdoor Shower, Bunk Beds, 2 Queen Beds, 1 Futon

Perfect location!
We loved our time at this home!
It is well equipped and perfectly located.
We had ample space to be together & have our privacy as needed. Having the covered deck, in the back, was a real luxury - truly extends the living space. The house was very clean and provided everything we needed and more. Additionally, the home’s location is fantastically quiet. Definitely met & exceeded our expectation.
Easy walking distance to short sands - and a real short drive to long (you could walk if you
do not have much to carry) sands.
We are thankful for our time - wonderful memories were made! We were even visited by a deer and a family of turkeys during our time. Such a treat!

Great location & house
The property is well maintained and looks exactly like the pictures. Kitchen is well stocked and the WIFI works well. It is walking distance to town and short sand beach, about 5 minutes. Just remember to bring your own bed sheet and towels. Great stay!

Great house and location
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean with fully stocked kitchen. Bedrooms are small, but serve their purpose. Linens would have been nice, but we were warned ahead of time to bring our own. It was unusually hot during our trip so we were happy we brought extra fans. Downstairs living area is very spacious. Private backyard with firepit and grill. The house is located on a dead end gravel road very close to the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!
