“The place was right off the Main Street which was nice and next to a Dennys restaurant. The property was well maintained even though it looked old . The rooms were fine for me. Not big but clean with a bed and bathroom and that’s all I needed. It’s nothing fancy but it served it’s purpose.”

“Our room was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. Plenty of parking and easy access to the room from the parking area. We would return.”

“I didn't actually stay here due to a family emergency and needing to get home. The front desk staff (Ashley) was very helpful and professional when I needed help with canceling my reservation. Next time I'm in Payson. I will definitely book a stay and hope that Ashley is at the front desk when I check in;)”

“The room smelt of cigarette smoke, the linens were dirty, the towel rack and the toilet paper roll dispenser were broken. When I called the front desk, there was little to no care or regard to any of these issues. The fact that the room didn’t have bedbugs seems to have been a miracle. This is nothing like any Redroof I have ever stayed in, in the past. Will be looking at other hotels in the future and will not ever stay another Redroof seeing that they do not seem to care about franchise……
