This is a member resort as well as a hotel, so the conditions are somewhat different than when reviewing a standard hotel. The staff were very helpful, but were often also very busy - they probably need more front desk staff.
The room itself was presentable and reasonably well stocked with towels and toiletries. However, as with a lower-priced motel, heating and cooling were provided by a through-the-wall unit that was very noisy, requiring us to wear ear-plugs while sleeping. Otherwise, the room itself was in a very quiet location within the main building.
Considering there is no convenience store or supermarket within 15 minutes drive of the resort, it was surprising that there was no on-site store. The small 'sundries' display and ice cream cabinets in the foyer were sparesly stocked, as was the vending machine in the hallway. As a result of their isolated location, the hotel restaurant is able to charge premium prices for rather mundane food. $19 for a basic burger and fries was too high. Clearly we should have been more prepared ourselves - much of the resort consists of cabins and rooms that provide for self-catering. However, we were unaware when booking this stay, so we did not bring food or drink with us.
A small gym was a welcome addition to our stay.
Another nice addition was a free EV charger in the parking lot. Unfortunately, it can only be turned on by a maintenance person on request, and they only work during the day. The front desk staff do not have access
