"This was the third time my wife and I stayed at Kohl's Ranch, second time we rented a cabin on the creek. I think we will only rent a cabin from now on. The cabin has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a big deck with a great view. The staff was great and we really like the property. The restaurant/ bar has good food and drinks. "

"This very clean, nicely furnished and cozy house is situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are many ammenities and lots of tasty snack options provided. The host is very responsive. The driveway is steep but not an issue to maneuver around in my Jeep. Other than occaisional noise from upstairs tennents, our stay was very enjoyable."

"Husband just lost his job. Figured we would get away for a couple days, fish come back chill and watch some tv. Relax?! First night I thought it was a glitch but the second night? Come on! Grounds keeper tried his best for an hour and then we had to say thanks but please let me try and enjoy my last night but didn’t 😞"

"We enjoyed our stay at this property for Father’s Day Weekend. Quiet neighborhood close to the Verde river and you can hear the river from the porch. We had some concerns about spiders and A/C not cooling down the house, from other reviews but we didn’t have any issues. The walking trails to the river are close with great views and it’s very close to Waterwheel hiking trail which is stunning. We highly recommend!"

"We had a wonderful stay at this cabin. We loved the trampoline, tree swing, hammock, and tree house in the yard to make this a unique experience. The cabin is nice and spacious. Check-in/out were very smooth and easy. It was a nice escape from the Phx heat for a few days. I would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful quiet property with wild life visitors almost daily ( hummingbirds and elk ). The cabin is small but well equipped with clean linens and kitchen utensils.
