Nice hotel, clean, comfortable, cool swimming pool and hot tub. I think it might have been the maintenance guy who helped us get the pool door open when we're having a hard time and The front desk had good customer service as well will definitely stay here again

This hotel is dated but the rooms are clean and spacious. The view from the balcony is fantastic beautiful views of Prescott and surrounding hills . There is a restaurant and lounge area also a small casino to occupy your time. All in all this hotel is comfortable and I will stay again given the opportunity.

We checked in and were offered a complimentary late check-out. We travel a decent amount and have never been offered a late check-out from any other hotels, so we thought that was fantastic customer service. The room was huge and nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable! We loved the sunset view from our balcony too.

Spectacular location on a hilltop with spacious room overlooking scenery from the city view on the west to the rolling hills and greenery on the east. Upper floors have balconies, the grounds are beautiful and the resort is centrally located. It was peaceful, quiet, comfortable and a perfect getaway for us.

We had a double queen suite with a nice view. We had to remove the lid to the toilet to flush it the handle did not work, requested that it be fixed several times. The balcony was nice but no place to sit and enjoy the view. We had dessert in the restaurant and it was very good, the waiter was awesome.

Cool location but not close to anything. Restaurants were closed and no room service. Only place to eat was in the casino. Room was clean but outdated and there was a room service tray in the hall down from us the entire time we were there that was not picked up. But front desk clerk was very nice and balcony view was cool.

It appeared very nice on the outside. The rooms had stained floors, shower mat missing, fan in 405 bathroom not working. One room had a medium tv, the other was very small. In 405 the curtains were unraveled. The room was uneven, when you walked it went to a slant and when you put something on the drawers they would roll down. Beautiful view.
