The best part about this place was Laura in the front desk. She was incredibly helpful during a very rough situation because of a bad bed and breakfast host. She was incredible.

Hotel was nice and employees were friendly. The only three issues were 1) the front desk had only one computer, and with 3 other parties ahead of me to check in, my wait was a good 20+ minutes, 2) the pool heater was out of order, and 3) the breakfast area is VERY small (though there was a good variety of breakfast items, including the wonderful waffle maker).

The property is always very clean. We've stayed here several times because the rooms consistently smell fresh, with a slight bleach scent that gives us confidence they've been properly cleaned. The light-colored sheets and blankets also make it easy to inspect the room for cleanliness. They provide complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner, although I usually prefer to bring my own. My only real complaint is the coffee. It has a strange taste—almost like paper—and I can't recommend it. Every time we stay, I tell myself not to drink it, but eventually I forget and give it another try. Unfortunately, it's just as bad every time.

I had to go up to Payson for a meeting at Banner Health. Not only was best Western the closest to the hospital but also looked like the cleanest in comparison to others I passed on my way in and out of town. Check in was easy and quick. Apparently the hotel was relatively booked full and it was quiet!
