Simply put.
. It took less than a minute for the HotWater to find my shower!
. However, the minute wait for HotWater was well worth it.
. All rooms allow for a short but fun walk to Payson's very own Denny's Restaurant always open 24/7
. And to top off all of that, the Payson Inn is located in the middle of the rest of it!

The place is small and on the older side. The queen room is small, but it was perfect for my solo one night stay. The office has a few snacks. Room was clean, bathroom could have used a better cleaning….but I had a good stay.

The staff was great, the property was fine, the bed was extremely comfortable. However, there was a liquid on the floor, right as you entered the room. I slipped, but did not fall. No tissues in the room, so I used one of their washcloths to clean it up, and when I was done, the washcloth was literally black. Next issue was when I turned the sheets back, not only were they stained, there was a black curly hair there as well, yuck. Final issue was the refrigerator was set too low, and froze everything in it. My suggestion is skip this place.

The rating for this property is all due to the amazing and welcoming front desk personnel at the time of check in. He was absolutely fantastic!
The room is very simply furnished, lighting was good, bathroom was clean. Towels were a little older.
Directions to eat locally were offered with options. Directly on the highway with a lot of traffic.
A good budget option as needed on the road.

This hotel is so outdated. Its a box with 2 beds. The vanity was so old and broken. Dirty floor. Didnt even shower because I didnt want to het in there. Was up all night. You can hear everyone driving and talking. Do not recommend for the price.

I would not recommend this place. Luckily I only used it for showering as we were camping nearby. There were no phones in the room or a blow dryer. They only placed two small towels in the room. We had to walk to the front desk to ask for more towels. I booked two nights and the didn’t even bring fresh towels. Again we asked for clean towels on our last morning. No one was even onsite and said they would bring them when they arrived. We waited and they forgot which room asked for towels so we didn’t get new towels. The pictures were not what we booked. Very dirty baseboards. We tired to ask the cleaning staff a question about checkout and she didn’t seem like she understood. I wouldn’t stay there with my kids for sure. Book elsewhere
