“No internet. Pool closed for the year? Ok. Hand/bath soap looked old/recycled? Tiny bars. Only 2. No housekeeping unless you asked. We needed more garbage bags and needed it picked up. Needed another set of towels as first ones were soiled. No info on tv stations. First desk clerk didn’t even know if tv’s worked. Was new. Phone in room didn’t work. I needed to call the front desk. Phone was either dead or no answer. We stayed there 10 years ago and it was good. That is why we chose it this……

“The property is always very clean. We've stayed here several times because the rooms consistently smell fresh, with a slight bleach scent that gives us confidence they've been properly cleaned. The light-colored sheets and blankets also make it easy to inspect the room for cleanliness. They provide complimentary soap, shampoo, and conditioner, although I usually prefer to bring my own. My only real complaint is the coffee. It has a strange taste—almost like paper—and I can't recommend it.……
