"Great hotel. Room was very nice and spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and accomodating. It's noy near the Rhine as some of the puctures suggest. However, there is a tran stop across the street from the hotel and the number 6 tram will have you in the old town in jyst a matter of minutes."

"This hotel has free airport shuttle yet it is nestled in the adorable walkable community of St. Louis, France. The airport straddles Switzerland and France so one front door exits to France and the other exits to Switzerland. Go out the French exit to catch this airport shuttle. Walk across the covered road in front of airport and go down ramp or steps to parking lot to catch shuttle. Fantastic location of hotel! "

"The hotel staff was excellent. We checked into our room and the AC did t work. We called the front desk and a staff member came immediately to check. She agreed the air was not working and immediately moved us to another room with no hassle. Good service. Hotel room came with free train ticket to get to area popular with bars and restaurants. My only complaint was that Expedia said there was free parking for silver members but we had to pay $40 for parking. It didn’t spoil the hotel experience though. The staff made up for it. But I’ll be calling Expedia when I get home. "
