"Was easy to locate. Property had some minor issues but nothing we couldnt adapt to. Biggest problem were condtion of couch/bed and some of the cleanliness issues. I lived here for 3 years. It is a typical Florida retirement community. Not much for families to do in town, but it’s close enough to both Tampa and Orlando to allow easy travel to both. Traffic in the area can be tough, especially in the winter.
