Hotel staff at front desk wasn’t very helpful. Best not to book on Hotels.com for this Best Western because staff will not do much to help you. Always refers you to call Hotels.com since you booked through them. Pool was closed and lobby hallway was full of pallets. Room door was shorter than door ...

Had to find a different hotel due to every room they tried to give me had bugs crawling all over the bed, floor, airconditioning. Does not resemble the photos. The only positive thing was Deb who tried her best to give me a different option and would do her best to get my money refunded.

Is great property but be very careful on location of unit. The external doors are very loud when they open and close and if you are close it will disturb you thru night.
