“I REALLY wanted to love this hotel. It’s a nice hotel, it’s clean, affordable, and the location is great. We stayed for two nights. Check-in clerk was rude from the moment I greeted him. “We (and others) had to stand at the front desk for several minutes before someone came to check us in.
