“The property nice and clean, and it was a nice surprise to have our room cleaned being we were only there for two nights. The daytime (morning/early afternoon) staff is attentive and nice. Evening staff was seldomly near area and were seen on their personal computer and not engaged. We asked for extra pillows on night one and a couple of bottles of water and evening staff was not very accommodating. Room: Sheets were very warn and coming undone Bathroom door did not close properly or lock……

“I have been using this property as my go-to for my annual trip to K.I. for about 3 or 4 years. This year was incredibly disappointing. The 2 rooms on the lower level that we were in, the first was replaced by the second, smelled of mildew and dampness. The carpets felt damp, and the first floor walls in the hallway looked like there had been water damage. The indoor pool looked cloudy and gross. The breakfast wasn't as ample as years before. The evening attendant was kind and attempted to make……
