“El hotel bien, limpio y cómodo, pero llevábamos 15 minutos en la habitación y le dieron la misma llave de nuestra habitación a otro pareja, que obviamente entraron en nuestra habitación, menos mal que estábamos allí, si no quizás hubiéramos tenido un problema porque teníamos nuestro equipaje y alguien nos dio la llave de nuestra habitación a otra persona. Bajamos a quedarnos, recibimos sólo un "lo siento". ”

The desk is fixed to the wall which is fine but it's very poor quality, in 2 of the 3 rooms that I've stayed in the desk is cracked and ready to break. There is also a stool to sit on and again very poor quality and uncomfortable to sit on. I've stayed in single rooms and am satisfied with the rest of the facilities in the room. “Accommodation was great, clean and newly refurbished with spacious room and good shared kitchen/laundry facilities. Shortage of forks/mugs however in kitchen. Good location near university with lots of nearby buses and train to centre.
