“Staff was rude from the beginning and the room was dirty. Ended up staying the night at another hotel”

“The Hampton Inn Tulsa South/Bixby needs updating. 1) One of the two ELEVATORS was OUT OF ORDER. 2) The POOL was INOPERABLE (no mention of it on the website.) There were no empty parking spaces in the front and the 3) BACK DOOR WAS OUT OF ORDER. 4) The SIDE DOOR worked only one time during our stay, so we usually had to walk around to the front to gain entrance. 5) Several of the FIRE DOORS to the stairwell STAYED OPEN all the time. The room doors all have the old style card slots. 6) ……

“Clean spacious rooms. Decent hotel breakfast. They added yogurt and eggs with pork patties. No gym despite the fact that it’s listed on amenities on Expedia description.”

“The carpet was disgusting. The bathroom wasn't clean. The place smelled terrible. Do yourself the favor and stay somewhere else.”

“The property has not been maintained, the toilet was broken - we rigged it to work EACH time we needed to flush, there were quite a few insects in the bathroom and main living area/bedroom, water damage in the ceiling, cracks in the walls and the bathroom counter had large food crumbs whatever office awesome on the bathroom counter when we arrived. Breakfast was ok, minimal choices compared to the listing. Not what we expected of a Wyndham property.”

“The room was clean but it had the most horrible musty/mildew smell I think was coming from a dirty air conditioner filter we had to smell that all night long. The refrigerator didn’t work and the laundry facilities didn’t work properly. Although the room was clean I would not stay there again because of smell it can be good for a person to breathe that all night.”
