“The room smelled and the bedding didn’t smell clean. The heat didn’t work they had to come in the 2nd day and put in a new unit. ”

“We got a single king-bed room on the second floor, and the room was pretty much spotless. It also looked like it had been renovated at least somewhat recently (like last few years) because everything was still in good shape. The shower was just a dedicated shower with a nice height-adjustable head, and even better is that it's not one of those super water-restricted ones. The one thing that would have been nice here is to get 4 shower towels instead of just three, as we found ourselves wanting……
