“May be the reason for the early morning, no one in the hall, almost to sleep, the key and the name on the door do not match, looking for a long time, the room is very hot, the air is not cold enough, the bed is also covered with plush cushions! Health is generally not very satisfactory.”

“Very small hotel. Right next to the road. NO Amenities. Staff did not make the bed, I did. You had to call on the phone to check in and out because there's no one there. The only benefit was that it was close to my brothers home. I would not stay here again.”

“The staff was helpful and friendly. Having said that, I think that the owners were saving costs by skimping on the cleaning staff and budget. The hotel was not well maintained, and is in need of a good deep clean.”

“No juice for the kids at breakfast, when asked the desk attendant replied that he had no juice the machine is broke. The room smelled terrible and my granddaughter said her pillow smelled like pee.”

“I could have used some info about how to use the TV although I really didn't try to use it. I had other things to attend to.”

“The property was good. But the room we had wasn’t the greatest. We had mold in the shower and our bed had a caved in area in the mattress. Otherwise it wasn’t a bad place to stay. A good amount of restaurants in the area. Vinnys pizzeria was delicious and so was the Michigan cream and sugar ice cream place.”

“For the price the property was good. The only issue( and a BIG ONE) during our three day stay was the shower water was like warm at best and on the second day we had NO hot water. Several functions were in town so in the evening parking was horrible! Way to many charging stations for electric cars. I didn't see one being charged during our stay. Would I go back, NO, too many other hotels in Midland to pick from.”

“We stayed on the fourth floor below us was the laundry when it kicked on the whole room vibrated they moved us to another room on the fourth floor. I was not happy with having to pack up again and move.”

“We stayed for multiple days. Housekeeping comes every other day. On the day they were supposed to clean our room, they emptied the trash, replaced our towels and halfway made one bed. We asked the front desk if they could revisit our room the next day and they ignored our request.”

“Very small rooms in this old-fashioned roadside motel. Some cosmetic upgrades have taken place but there's only so much you can do for an old cinder block building. The biggest problem was heat. It's radiant heat with no way to control it. They have a fake thermostat for a central air furnace on the wall, but it does nothing. It's March and the only way to get the heat below 80 is to leave windows open! Doesn't feel to safe leaving ground level windows open. We were roasting hot. We also……
