I travel a lot. This property was the best service I've had in a long time. I'm a overstay customer for weeks at a time. Beds were made everyday and new towels. Since covid quit a bit of hotels are still making beds every 3 days and you have to get your own towels at the front desk. Not this hotel. Staff was helpful and polite.

The staff was friendly. But the place needs fixing and updates. We had to change rooms because the air unit was very loud. There were broken outlet covers in the hallway. Doors that had been obviously patched up. The pool area was not clean and the hot tub was somewhat taped off for some reason. I had gone off the reviews and was not impressed.

Nice quiet room, and so pet friendly. Location was a bit off putting upon arrival, but we realized we were actually quite close to restaurants and other conveniences. Office staff were very friendly, and helpful. Great place for a stop over. Important to note there was no elevator, so if you have mobility issues, make sure you request the first floor when booking.

It was off by itself . Close to a few good restaurants. Night staff young lady was great .. not to updated but had the old comfy feeling . Beds were comfortable.

Overall would not recommend this place for a stay. There was mold in the refrigerator, power not working, their hot tub was not available for use. when first checked in they said there was no hotels for our name and could not check us in because all the rooms were filled. They somehow came up with 2 king beds for 4 of us to stay in which was not the plan. We then got charged 3 charges on Saturday for over $400 on both people that had put their cards on the room. Following on Sunday another charge for over $200. This place commits fraud and will steal your money.
