"I was very disappointed because of many things specially about the conditions of the bedrooms. I had a PH terrace 2 bedroom and not even had cute tips or cottons, the sofa and chairs were dirty and very old, even the housekeeper told us to get out of the room so she can clean it. She even said doesn’t understand why people go to NYC to sleep!!! Horrible experience at the restaurant and room service!!"

"The staff was completely unprofessional. Not only did they treat us rudely when they could not provide a King Bed, they lied and told us that we were “upgraded” then placed us in a two full bed room. We also left our suitcases with them for an hour and they did not tag them and just told us to place them in a room. When we came back to pick them up, the woman at the front desk who helped us earlier made an issue saying that the bags needed to be tagged but we never received tags. She told us that it was OUR fault and that she would have “never told us to just place our bags in the room without a tag.” After proving our identities with the airport tags we had the bags they finally handed us our belongings. Will never come back to this completely rude staff ever again. 0/10"

"The location was excellent. Need to upgrade the rooms. Had a mishap water leaking from ceiling in the bathroom. Due to excellent work of staff it was taken care off in 15 minutes. When booking it was not notified that breakfast is not included. We were under the assumption that breakfast is part of the deal."
