This location is close enough to everything to be convenient, but out far enough to be quiet, peaceful and serene. The property is very clean and thoughtfully appointed. “It is a neat, clean, nicely decorated older home. Some things to note: - it is an older home, so the floors creak and the doors stick and creak at times as well. This wasn't an issue for us, but if you have light sleepers, it may be something to stay aware of. - the toilets are small. That sounds strange, but my family is very tall (6' and over), and we had some logistical problems with the lack of leg space in the hall bathroom. No problem with the bathroom in the laundry room. “This was a beautiful property. My family and I got to enjoy spending time together. The views were lush. We kayaked on Watuga Lake, went to a wedding at the Heritage and enjoyed the farmers market and restaurants in downtown Johnson City. The home was very clean. We had plenty of pillows, blankets and towels. The beds slept well. The kitchen is well supplied. The water pressure was really good in the bathrooms.It was an amazing place to spend time.”

“After a little confusion with check-in instructions, everything went smoothly. The neighborhood was quiet, and although there are train tracks nearby, the train did not disturb sleep or bother anyone. Since we were visiting to attend a wedding in the area, we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house. It was a comfortable space overall but the beds were too firm for us.
