Welcome to Mini Meadows, a cozy two bedroom home in the country

  • Get ready to relax in this delightful 2-bedroom house just outside of beautiful Fall Branch. Very conveniently located just off I-81, minutes from I-26. Convenient short drive to Kingsport, Bristol, Johnson City, Greenville. This property offers a wrap around driveway so getting in and out is a breeze, trailers welcome! With 1 queen bed and 1 full bed, guests can enjoy a cozy night's sleep. The bathroom features a refreshing shower, and heating and AC ensure a comfortable stay. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place!

I will definitely come back. In fact, I don't want to leave. I was born in the area and still have family here. This location is close enough to everything to be convenient, but out far enough to be quiet, peaceful and serene. The property is very clean and thoughtfully appointed. Like I said, I'll be back, if it's available.
