“We had a great stay. The location was close to shopping and restaurants. The house was in an older but quiet and well kept neighborhood. Everything we needed was there. Would like to have an icemaker in the fridge but that was it. We would definitely stay there again!”

“We had a great time! Super smooth check in house is very well stocked better then any of the other homes we’ve stated in! Easy to communicate with. Tons of parking plenty of room for truck and trailer plus multiple cars! Kids loved the tether ball. Highly recommend. ”

“Extra clean and was very homey and comfortable. Large TV downstairs and well stocked kitchen. Beds were really nice and gave me a great sleep. Quiet neighborhood and easy to contact the property owner. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you for opening up your home to our family. God bless ”

“The stay was great. The house is set up in a quiet neighborhood in a great location. I was amazed at how much room was available inside and out. Appreciated being able to use the garage which so many homes dont allow. Very comfortable beds! They went the extra mile to make sure it had a homey feel with the extras. The multi-port power outlets on the night stands in each room were awesome. We dont usually find those where we have stayed before.”

“Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! ”

“Perfect size for the family passing through town. The beds were comfortable and plenty of hot water for showers. Backyard was great for our shitzu to run around. You do need to have your own streaming password to use thecTV.”

“Nice place, exactly as pictured in listing. It was perfect for myself, my teenage daughter and her friends in Ft. Smith to celebrate her birthday. Nice neighborhood close to the mall, several thrift stores and restaurants. Communication with host was excellent! ”

“This house was well-appointed and had pretty much anything a person could want/need during our stay. Hosts went above and beyond making sure everything was available to guests! Comfortable stay for a weekend with our kids for a swim meet.”
