“Clean. Stacy was great. ”

“More communication up front around check-in and expectations. The location was nice to the town and on the water. The shower would leave a puddle every time and it took a towel to clean it up for each shower.”

“Clean property, easy access. Good kitchen supplies. It was nice to be staying on the island and close to the beach.”

“Great little place, nice and clean quiet. I'm so close to everything puk de gorda.Cape coral natalche saint james city, just beautiful, tropical great place to see the sunrise on the back.Dock.”

“The condo was great. Don’t worry about not having full access to south seas. The resort isn’t fully back to where it was pre hurricane so make sure you reserve beach gear to rent. There are great restaurants close by that are better than the resort. The beach is great and pool. If you do play tennis they have modified some courts for pickleball. If you are coming for tennis and been to South Seas before the storms. The main tennis center is gone (blackwood tennis) so no lessons or clinics but...

“Being located in a small cul-de-sac neighborhood made this a lovely, quiet place to stay for a few days while still being close to all the charms of Matlacha & beyond. The pool was a wonderful and refreshing addition during the hot days we were there. It's quite small, so we were thankful there weren't many other guests during our stay, and we almost had it to ourselves. The condo was cute, cozy, and very clean. While we didn't have an operable coffee maker that first morning, the Property...

“We absolutely loved the location and the property. Already looking forward to coming back next year. Condo was clean, lots of space and enjoyed the screened in porch. Host is very attentive and alway quick to reply. Thanks for such a special vacation!”

“Great unit & perfect location. Beautiful view of the marina side & wildlife (osprey, manatee, herons, etc). Quick 5-10 minute walk to the beach on the Gulf side. Pool & hot tub right next to the unit building. Plenty of parking & 10-15 minute walk to downtown bars & restaurants. Host was very responsive & generous. Highly recommend!”

“Despite external issues outside the control of the owners the property was lovely and nicely located for using the beach. There could have been more beach towels and only two of the beach chairs provided were usable. However any issues we had were resolved very quickly and we would definitely stay there again”

“I had a wonderful stay for five weeks. There were no issues whatsoever. Everything was great, and the host was very helpful.”

“Great location! Kitchen could be stocked more! Fan on porch didn’t work..needed extra pillow covers not enough towels for showers oven doesn’t turn on until you reset the breaker in panel in kitchen floor was wet throughout when we got there had to use beach towels to wipe up pool must not be heated was cool other than that good location oh ya no door mats to clean shoes on and no dust pan and broom to clean up sand on floor and had a hell of a time getting remote to work on tv. I guess we are...

“Be careful of the hidden fees that will be deducted from your security deposit.Upon checking out, the host, accused me of withholding 3 bath towels. I politely responded that I did not take the towels and asked if she perhaps mixed up my rental with another one. She was adamant that she didn’t make a mistake. I was told they were going to deduct the cost of 3 towels from my security deposit. I completely understand that if anything was missing it would be deducted from my security deposit,...

“Property was very nice and clean and store were very close by it was a pleasure staying there . Looking forward to doing it again”

“I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact...

“Just pack your toothbrush! Everything u need is there”
