This hotel was nice to stay at with small kids. Affordable option for staying off Disney site. Gated for safety. Good breakfast options daily. Only deduction of star was because trash tended to pile up every morning and outside the dumpster was overflowing onto the parking lot. Staff was kind and helpful.

Registering was not bad, but after registering and walking back to your car and driving to your room I entered and realized I was in a queen room instead of a king I had booked.. With a toddler who was fussy and tired from all the traveling, I was not driving back to the main building to change the room.. so my husband, and toddler basically slept in a queen bed and didn’t get much sleep.. Toilet seat broken and the space was bit outdated and just “okay” as it relates to cleanliness.. water park is a joke $25.00 per person and there was really no where to sit.. you have to run down there early for a place to sit.. on top of that my toddler is 44inches so there is literally one slide he could get on and the lower park.. mind you we finally found a place to sit at the upper park.. it began to rain heavily and they closed to park down and all the pools (so one day wasted) - no the hotels fault.. I would not stay here again.. the pool bar had a bar with no staff, random ppl playing music and acting like it’s their pool.. I’ll stay somewhere else next time!

the amenities are perfect for a family with kids. We like the water park but we have to pay extra because was not included in the hotel room price. I love the trials around the lake. My daughters enjoyed the jacuzzi inside the bathroom.
