"We had a great time during our stay. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the Gulf and Bay. The house was very comfortable, with great beds and a comfy couch, perfect for mid-day naps. It was well stocked with all the items we needed. We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and wagon, and we're very thankful that these items were available as they made our beach experience much more enjoyable."

"Your home was all that we needed and then some. It was a nice break to get away from the rainy cool weather in New York. "We booked this adorable two bedroom duplex for four nights to go to Anna Maria for a family wedding. We had no idea about the island and ended up in the loveliest quiet little neighborhood in beans point. The unit was exactly as it was described and as it looks in the pictures, the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful and I would highly recommend this adorable spot for anyone looking for an affordable, immaculate, quiet place on the island."

"I rented this entire house for my sons wedding on Anna Maria Island. Giving 5 stars for this place feels like an injustice. The location is perfect-a short walk to watch the sunrise on the bay or the sunset from the beach. Plenty of parking, but who needs a car when there’s a free trolley right out your door to take you anywhere on the island. No need to pack for the beach. This property provides anything you would ever need, from chairs to towels to beach toys, and a wagon to load it all in....

"We were pleasantly surprised when we pulled up to house. The cleaning crew was finishing up and we asked if we could sit poolside. Yes! We used the restroom and hung outside while they finished. Our groceries got delivered and we settled in for wonderful week! Our upstairs neighbors were wonderful and sharing the pool and back yard was easy. Would love to come back!!!"
