“We loved everything about this property! We were looking for a place we could park our car and be able to walk to everything, and this place was all we hoped for! We walked to the beach, to the restaurant, to the stores, it was so wonderful! The only place we had to drive to was Publix, which is only about a half a mile away. The house is very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We really loved it here!”

“Everything about the rental was easy and convenient!! Beach is so close and we either walked to dinner or took the trolley. The only time we took the car was to go grocery shopping. Excellent location across a busy street from a beautiful beach with a shady gazebo to sit in and next to a jet ski rental! Anna Maria Free Shuttle takes you up and down the island and runs every 20 minutes, with a stop very close by. Walking distance to the "Bridge Street" shopping and dining block!”

Everything you need, plus everything is brand new so you kindda feel like you are in a 5 stars house. the beach is 2 blocks away and is really really nice. we had been to some other anna maria island beaches but i think we all prefer this one. Also, the service by phone is really good, they take care of anything you may need. Will come back again.”
