“Extremely convenient access to beach, Large pool, putting green, and pool toys made our stay very fun. ”

“4.5 rating - great condo for our needs. Beautiful Gulf view - sunsets every night! Condo was stocked well. Our 1/2 star is bc condo was clean but dusty. Bedding and pillows need to be replaced. Cleaning products would be helpful such as Windex, bathroom cleaner, and counter top plus a broom/pan. We stayed a week and mid-week would like to spruce up and keep things clean and tidy. Overall, our stay was wonderful and location in Longboat was great. Restaurants were in walking distance plus park……

“The condo was great! We needed something last minute and Jim couldn’t have been better to communicate with. Balcony was my favorite part… beach is right there, view is amazing. Saw some great wildlife (birds) and even a dolphin. Would stay here again! ”

“Location 5 star, Unit, clean, totally mislead on size. no room to unpack,or store clothes had to live out of suitcase on floor. no place to prepare food or store it. Table to eat meals totally inadequate for more then 2 people Pull out was only good for maybe 2 small children. 1 TV could only watch from from said pull out 5 feet away. Bathroom, small no mat on tub shower floor This unit should not be allowed on your web site”

“The bathroom was tiny and did not even include a toilet paper holder, hot water lasted barely 5 minutes each day, there are no closets (available for guest use) and nowhere to store luggage, and the Murphy bed was so noisy that it was impossible to sleep. Silverware and dishes provided were bare minimum.The only good thing about this stay was the beach access - it was as advertised but still did not make this stay a good value.”
