"The hotel features a clean room and a convenient airport shuttle service. Workers are very hospitable Our room was located on the upper floor, so the sole concern is the water pressure in the shower."

"Good location, just a short walk (about 5mins) from Jamaica Airtrain, LIRR or the subway. Nice warm breakfast served. Rooms are modern and clean. Enjoyed the free flow coffee, tea and water provided at the reception."

"Terrible experience. Floor smelled like weed. Bug in my shower. Yelling and fighting at 2am in the hall way for over an hour. Made request for an extra pillow never received, made a request for an iron at 6:30am was never received, had to follow up at 8am and still never received the iron. Checked out at 9:30am. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE OVERALL "

"Since they have a rooftop bar upstairs. They do not have security guards or anything protecting there venue. And their elevators have no security access tap. Anyone can have access to any floor at any given time. During my visit on the night of 5/2/26. A lady from the rooftop bar was so incoherent that she fell asleep in the elevator. As the elevator came to my floor I stepped in to ask how she was doing. She started cussing me out but couldn’t even get up. Then she tried to follow me around in the lobby limping and stumbling. I asked the front desk to call police or something since they didn’t have security. They didn’t do anything. This hotel has no respect for its paying customers. Will not return. For $300/night you do not get treated well. They looked at me like I was the crazy one. I even asked the front desk to have a manager speak to me when they arrived. And no manager ever emailed, called or texted me. I assume this type of event happens often. Don’t recommend staying here for anyone that needs a safe hotel to stay at."

"Not my first stay there. I love everything about the hotel including my room view. My only disappointment is it not having hotel parking for guests. Finding a park on the street can be very challenging especially on weekends."
