“This house has a big kitchen/living room and comfy beds. Not drinking the well water was odd-would be nice if the water provided was in glass and more plentiful. Also the paddle board was broken which was a bummer but the owner was very responsive and worked with us to make up for that. It’s a sweet cottage.”

“The unit was very clean and walking distance to the beach. One thing that would be a huge improvement would be a new mattress on the queen bed. The unit is pet friendly but the owner/manager could go above and beyond and recommend the renter research pet friendly areas for exercising their pet (the main area is very limited on pet access). Communication was very timely and thorough and friendly. I recommend this group as someone worth doing business with.”

“The house is adorable! Only issue that wasn’t even an issue really was the uncertainty of knowing if we were in the front residence or back residence when we arrived. Parking for the back property in in between the two houses. Jen was great to answer questions quickly that we had prior to our stay.”

“Missy was awesome ! She’s on site to help with all your needs ! Place was clean and AC worked awesome for those hot days ! Only a couple of steps from the beach . Our stress and worries were gone for the week we stayed !”

“Needs a lot of updates done on the inside. Ceiling was falling down, couch was broken, pots and pans were gross looking and very damaged, and the kitchen had a moldy smell.”

“Location was awesome, very close to the beach, and boardwalk. The Parking was great even for larger vehicles. The deck was great, we spent much of our time there when we had to be in the unit. We new upfront this was your typical outdated beach house and we were not expecting the Ritz, we thought we knew what to expect, however, it was just plain dirty, actually unsanitary. We spent the first couple hours of our vacation trying to clean it up enough to a point where we thought we could stick it……

“The weekend that my girlfriend and I spent here was fantastic. Ana was very helpful and the cottage was beautiful and cozy. Hiking trails, food, bars, and stores all in 10 minutes or less driving range. Would easily stay here again, nothing negative to say at all!”
