Worst Experience ever
The condo was ok as pictured. But the building itself was awful. There were homeless people pretty much camping out, outside of the building. The lower parking deck was dark, so at night anything could happen. They have dehumidifiers threw out the building, which will trigger anyones allergies. The keypad wasn’t secured on the door of the condo. It was just an awful experience. We did not even stay, we didn’t even unpack. Just left and went and got a hotel. I will not reserve this location again

Great location and staff
We were in town for the weekend and a game at Mercedes Stadium. The unit was just as described - plenty of space and comfortable. The manager was on top of anything and communicated great! The unit was walking distance to the stadium (about 20 min) and the onsite, included parking was a bonus!

Uncomfortable stay
Kate let us check in early which was greatly appreciated. However, our stay was not comfortable the bathroom tub/shower were not properly cleaned, there were ROACHES in the bathroom, foyer, and dinning table area, the place smelled like smoke and on the last two days we had NO hot water. The hallways are being redone so it does not look appealing. I suggest NOT to use the pool or the gym it’s small and the ceiling is leaking. We had trouble using the (1) key fob to enter the building, but it worked in the garage. Being that it was in a prime location to GWCC and we could not get a refund we stayed only at night. I communicated all our issues to Kate, she was able to get the cleaner to come clean the bathroom and place air wick gel fresheners. It helped slightly and I ended up buying cleaning products and cleaning the shower myself. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.

Fun trip
We had a great time staying in this lovely apartment. Easy access to Atlanta. Loved the covered parking space. The concierge Anthony was so sweet and helpful. We didn’t get a chance to try the pool or gym but it was nice to know that was available. My two kids loved staying there. It was the perfect short trip to check out what the city has to offer. Our host was easy to communicate with and always answered promptly.

Property was exactly where we needed to be in downtown Atlanta. Super clean and the residents in the building were all so nice and helpful! We had some trouble keeping it cool enough but we like it cold and it’s summertime in Atlanta so understood!

It worked, but wouldn’t stay here again
When we first arrived, the apt that we had rented was not cleaned. I called the property manager and she was quick to respond and apologized saying that her cleaner has been in an accident or something. Life happens! We get that. She offered to move us to another apt in the building. We went to the other apt to check it out and it was fine so we switched and moved all of our things. A few hours after we got settled in someone knocked on our door and before I could even get to the door, they had put in the key code and just came in. From what I gather, it was the cleaner and the cleaning products were stored in the new apt we had moved to, so she came in and gathered what she needed and left. It was fine, but awkward. The parking situation is frustrating. We had 2 cars but could only have one car parked at this building. Before booking I had asked where and how much parking was and was told that there was parking across the street for an additional car for $20/day. This is not true. The closest public parking lot open is at the Hilton down the street and it costs $35/day. So that was irritating. The concierge at the front desk was incredibly rude on check in day but all other concierges during our stay seemed friendly. And on the last night of our stay at nearly 1-2am, the building fire alarm was going off with flashing lights and siren. Then by the time we all woke up and gathered ourselves the siren went off but the flickering light flashed the rest of the night.

Close to lots of things
The property is close to lots of great things. However, the property is definitely older and under going a renovation. Which maybe why the apartment was super dusty and needed a portal ac unit in one of the bedrooms. But it does not explain the ripped curtains and 12 different scented air freshener in the apartment (talk about an asthma trigger!).

Great stay!
This was the perfect rental for our Spring Break getaway. Our daughter loved the surrounding windows in her bedroom. It was walking distance to the Aquarium and World of Coke as well as restaurants, we were able to park our car at check in and not get back in the car until we checked out to go home. It was clean and spacious, much better than staying in a hotel with a family of four! The host responded quickly to any questions we had before the trip as well as after to help locate a left behind item. Very highly recommended this host and rental!

Loved it!!
We had a great stay! The property is in downtown ATL and near everything. Parking was easy and the building was well maintained. The apartment itself looks exactly like the photos and everything was very clean. I was able to speak with the owner via the VRBO app at all times. She checked in with me right away to make sure everything was fine and after that was very quick with responding to me. Next time we go to Atlanta, I’m definitely going to try to stay here first!

Comfortable beds and great space!
Owner was great at communicating, property had everything we needed. Very comfy beds and although the bathroom is small it had a great shower head and water pressure. About a 20 minute walk from the state farm arena.

Great place, not as clean as we hoped. The key fobs didn't work great.
The building was having issues with several people's key fob's for entry in the basement for parking & pool access and the front door of the building. We contacted the property manager in the VRBO app and was surprised at her reaction. It was not helpful.

If you are looking for a place close to everything this is the place. Only minutes away from World of Coca-cola and the aquarium. You are beside Georgia State University so there is a lot of partying.

Comfortable and clean
There’s an odd smell in the hallway and the ac unit is strange and doesn’t really cool down the room. But with some febreeze and the fans turned on, it was much better. It was clean and very comfortable. The beds were fantastic and the couch was great for lounging around. Make sure the door lock is turned sideways when you leave the room, otherwise it won’t lock behind you.

Never received a refund as promised
Do not stay if you have asthma or allergic to mold or dislike the smell of mold. Pictures looked good and unit was nice but there was a strong odor in the unit. It was very moldy and musky and it was coming from the air units. The sunroom was especially bad and could not be slept in. The air units are very old and need to be replaced due to the toxic mold smells. I reached out to the owner by phone and explained to her that my family was uncomfortable the smell was very strong. I also have asthma and allergies and found it very hard to breathe. I asked her if we could please leave in the morning and receive a refund for remainder of the trip due to it being late and being exhausted with small children. I had no problem paying for the night and the cleaning fee. She agreed by phone and by text messages to issue a refund. All of which I have just submitted to homeaway for them to review my case. I was patient and gave her time to refund me for my stay as promised. Each time I asked her about it she had an excuse and then she stopped answering me all together. I am disappointed in her choice to tell me she would refund me and chose not to honor her word. As you can see from previous reviews its an old building, property needs work, halls smell and others needed fresh air as well. We had to turn air units off and open windows and none of us slept well due to it being hot and noisy with windows open downtown Atlanta all night. I have never left a bad review and I honestly tried to get the owner to make things right. It was her choice not to. I frequently rent from Homeaway and never have had a bad review as a renter. I hate that it came down to this over a refund.

Great apartment
This was a great place to stay. It's less than a mile from Centennial Park, where lots of the fun tourist attractions are. As others have said, the building seems a bit run down and shabby (especially the hallway), but the apartment was great. And Kate was a great host. She checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay.

Ideal location to experience Atlanta
The property worked out well for my son and me, we were in Atlanta for an NFL game, so the location was close to to the stadium and to enjoy some of the restaurants in the area. We needed an after hours check-in which Kate accommodated which was much appreciated.

Great location in the heart of Atlanta
Although this is an older building, this unit is all redone and very up to date with cute decor. Easy walk to many Atlanta attractions. The only negative is that, because it is an older building, the air conditioner units made noises. If I tapped them, the noises would decrease. Perfect condo for a family getaway or friend trip. Comfortably will sleep 5-6 people. Full kitchen and washer/dryer was such a bonus! Pool was nice and the building as a whole was very clean and well maintained.
