"When I arrived the hotel was very clean and the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant. I was early, so I waited about 30 minutes before my room was ready to check in. I was doing a quick shower and running straight out as I was heading over to Morehouse College. When I arrived back in my room, I turned on my air and took another shower and changed for the evening. I noticed the bed was a little low for me, and that the air conditioning was not cooling off the room, and there was a clicking noise. Well, I ordered some food, and still the room was not cooling. I tried to call the front desk, but the phone was not working. I tried to find the number online with no success, as I getting the Large IHG call center for reservations. Finally, a person in the reservations gave me the number to the front desk, but it ended being another Holiday Inn down the road. Needless to say, I had to redress go to the lobby to inform them how hot my room had become. Waiting for someone to come look at the ac only to inform me that they were sold out and would try to move me to another room. Finally, someone came back to my room and moved me to another hotel room. I was frustrated as I was hot and exhausted. Overall the room was adaquate."
