“The check-in staff was very pleasant and welcoming. However, the check-out experience was not as good. I tried to have a conversation about my concerns, but the staff member was dismissive and acted like my concerns were not her problem. On a positive note, Nicole at the bar was wonderful. “We really loved the hotel itself. The room was perfect. It smelled clean as soon as you walked in. Nothing was out of place. Everything was clean.
