Filthy, Dirty and Broken on an unkempt property
Unit was filthy upon arrival - beds not made, linens all over the place, food on the kitchen counter and in the fridge, feces on the bathroom floor, and boot print on the bathroom carpet. The yard was basically weeds and if you want to play pool here, bring your own cue, they have cues but no cue tips. The property owner contact info was indirect and we needed to wait to hear from the real owner. Some if the chairs were broken and the curtain was barely held to the wall by one screw. Even though the owner sent an emergency cleaning crew, they offered no accommodation for our inability to use the property until we requested. This property shouldn’t be listed on VRBO.

Family Fun
The property was nice. Everything was as listed but I was unable to locate the barbecue grill. The backyard was a great size to have an inflatable with plenty of additional yard space. I would have liked if the backyard grass was cut down lower, and if there was more than one TV in the home. But the grass was ok and the home had other entertainment. It was nice that there was already a few games like Jenga and Uno in the house. The kids enjoyed those. I would definitely rent there again.

Convenient location
We had a short visit, but the house was lovely and conveniently located. We had a few plumbing issues but Justin was very responsive and willing to help.
