“Great stay”

“Loved that Forrest had so many wonderful amenities that typically are not included in most VRBO‘s including breakfast snacks, eggs, tons of videos & games . The back patio had a beautiful Mountain View with a lynx , chickens and a 300 gallon fish tank to enjoy. kitchen fully stocked with appliances and condiments. Forrest was very quick to respond and help with any needs that came up. I highly recommend this outstanding VRBO.”

“Place was easy drive in, great space and set up. Clean. Matt was very quick with responses. Only thing missing was need more lights outside of area, could not see where we were, but that’s not the owners fault. Do book this place. I like convenience and this is good!”

“Check in was easy, lacked a bit on kitchen necessities but we made it work. Wi-Fi worked and this house was perfect for views and closeness to everything. Things i would improve, but was a nice place to unwind from all the fun. Hot tub was nice and clean too!”

“My husband and I traveled from SC to KY for the Hot Rod Power Tour. We had booked other accommodations for the first 4 nights of our week-long vacation, and decided we would just wing it after that and stay wherever we decided along the way back home (maybe a slightly foolish decision considering the busy month of June). “Loved this place. Was clean and roomy. Host was quick to respond and very accommodating. If you don’t mind being 20-30 minutes away from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg and don’t mind a flight of stairs then this is the place for you. Only thing I missed was a washer/dryer. But host supplied extra towels for us so it wasn’t a big deal. ”
