“The condo was exactly as described. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you need. The location was even better than indicated. We went to Gatlinburg for a 3 day concert, the proximity to the convention center was just 2 miles. The close location allowed us to zip through the backroads, to and from the convention center, in less than 10 minutes. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Our room was nice and clean. It had everything you would need. The only thing was the walk to downtown Gatlinburg. It wasn't to horrible but for older people it could be a bit challenging. Its all downhill to get there and then uphill to get back. We had a question about parking when we got there and the owner was easy to contact and then they also sent a text the next day to make sure we got checked in ok.”

“This is a very nicely updated unit in a well-maintained building. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and the living room furniture is very nice and comfortable to sit on. Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated with comfortable bedding. The walk in shower in the master is a nice touch in this unit. Many places advertise as being “walkable” to downtown, but require a very steep truck back up a hill on the return trip. This is NOT one of those places. The walk into town and back to……

“Good location and spacious. However, the master bath shower door leak water all over the floor. A picture also fell off the wall above the couch in the living room while I was sitting on the couch.”

“The condo is very nice and comfortable. Nicely stocked and a great location. The price is good also. Easy walk to the main drag where all the shopping and restaurants are. The pool and hot tub was very clean and nice as well. We would love to stay here again should the need arise. We highly recommend it. Also it's very quiet and we didn't hear anyone while we slept or even anyone in the hallways. Super quiet place and we appreciated how clean and lovely it was. ”

“We had not ever stayed in town before. This was a last minute decision so no real expectations. The location was super convenient to downtown but far enough there were no worries with noises etc. There was not a property manager or front desk clerk the majority of the stay due to check in being a weekend. The actual living accommodations were fantastic and spacious. The common areas could really use a deep cleaning.”
