“The room was clean, but not updated. The hallways and rooms were old. We had to call to get the shower running. ”

“The grounds are well kept- a tropical paradise- and the building is beautiful. The food was also very good- lots of choices at the buffet. However, a large rowdy group arrived and music was blasting in the common areas which broke the magic of being in a remote rainforest. We are happy we had two good days before the noise began. Other guests were also disappointed with the sudden change in vibe. It is certainly not advertised as a “party hotel”. ”
