Aparência ruim, apesar do quarto ser bom. A aparência do estacionamento é pessima. A primeira impressão, dá vontade de sair correndo. O carpete nos corredores tem um cheiro ruim. Como o hotel está em reforma (o que foi uma surpresa), o cheiro de pó era muito acentuado. Com relação ao quarto, gostei. Apesar de toda bagunça exterior, está bem lindo e agradável.

Hotel em reforma. Qualidade do atendimento Razoável, check in muito lento, o primeiro quarto tinha mofo no banheiro, solicitei troca, demorou por volta de 20 minutos. O segundo quarto é possivel escutar o barulho da rua. Estacionamento apertado e muito cheio. Café da manha muito bom, funcionárias do restaurante muito edcucadas e prestativas.

Hotel em reforma, muito pó. Desta vez fiquei no primeiro andar: o banheiro estava somente com a luz da bancada , a luz do teto estava queimada. A tv não pegava todos dia canais, estava com problema de transmissão. Disseram que viriam arrumar mas não vieram. Como fiquei somente 2 dias , deixei quieto. O café da manhã é excelente.
