“The property itself is very nice, however the experience at the front desk checking in was not that good. The last thing one wants to do is to try to remember 20 plus things someone is saying to you about the amenities etc. after you have traveled for over 10 hours and is tired and beat! I think a print out of those things would be extremely helpful to give to guests instead of someone saying it while one is trying to fill out forms. The gentleman at the front was not welcoming at all. The other……

“I recently stayed at the Bayhouse it was a nightmare my air conditioning wasn’t working three out of five days I was there. My air conditioning wasn’t working leaking water they said a technician fixed it the following day it still was broke. My water was cold and lukewarm, not really what you consider hot. I got fly bugs in my room thousands of them was In my room and also in my shower. They told me all the rooms were full and I can’t move rooms. I spent over 700 usd and feel robbed from a good……

“Interesting experience When I first got to the hotel, it took my driver a good 10 minutes driving around to find the reception. There are no signs. Then, I walked up the stairs to the reception and asked for someone to help with my 3 heavy bags, the woman at the desk just looked at me. Meanwhile, my driver thankfully, carried all 3 bags up the stairs in the time she’d managed to call a colleague. “True blue did not disappoint..... the staff was very polite and welcoming. We were pleased with how welcoming everyone was. Our room was clean and spacious with cold ac and ceiling fan, which we appreciated after being out and about. Luckily for us, we arrived on Wednesday , the day of the street food event. There aren't any major restaurants, supermarkets or other commodities near by so walk with any snacks you may like, but the freedom of being in nature, eating local fruits on the property, being able to hear yourself think without distraction was well worth it.”
