This was our second stay at the hotel; this time only for one week. The staff, led by Manager Laurance are always very helpful. The food standard in the restaurants has improved and will continue to.

The hotel had a great location literally on the Grand Anse Beach, across the road from a mall, supermarket and KFC. However I booked double beds and got one king size. The food was average and the room dated. There was also no charging port for 2 pronged chargers. I had a good massage. It was my 40th birthday and while I got a cake it was a goof thing I walked with my own candles.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service. The property itself is stunning, well maintained with breathtaking views, luxurious décor, and an atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and waking up each morning felt like a dream. Dining at the resort was an experience in itself. Every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The variety of options ensured there was something for everyone, and the service at each restaurant was top-tier. The ocean views are just breathtaking. The attention to detail throughout the resort is unmatched. What stood out the most was the level of customer service, staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure every need was met. It felt personalized, not just professional. Overall, this resort delivers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable getaway. I can’t wait to return!

Room was spotless and well equipped. The apartment is large and comfortable. The setting is unbelievably serene. I could have stayed there forever, enjoying the peace and quiet. The scenery out the window looked like a painting of water and sailboats. Enjoyed dinners at nearby Le Phare Bleu. The view from the gym is spectacular. The pool is fabulous. Responsiveness of staff is amazing!

Towels were removed and not replaced. Had to ask for wash cloths and for tea to be replaced daily. Parking is awful, with too tight spaces, no turning radius, poor sight lines, dangerous obstacles and other hazards. I scraped my rental car on low rock at roadside that should have been cut back.
