Additionally, the AC in the living room was not working, but it did work in all our bedrooms. Lastly, the shade umbrellas at the pool need maintenance. They are all broken in some way. The pool is on an exposed rooftop with no shade, so having functional working umbrellas would be a great improvement.”

Unless you are a mountain climber, don't try to make the walk down to the beach. You are not going to be able to get back up. You either need to rent a car, or call for a taxi.
