“We booked a non-smoking room and we got one. However, the smell of smoke can be smell at the hallway and even inside our room and it is troublesome for us because we don't smoke. It would be nice if there's an elevator because our room was on the 2nd floor and we have to carry our staffs through the stairs.”

“This property is a scam. Claims to be smoke-free, yet reeks like an ashtray. Look forward to waking up coughing. Bathroom was filthy - dirt, mold, grunge on the floor, grease and filth stains in the tub, walls filthy with what looked like mucus smeared on them. Floor was disgusting, shower curtain stank. Showers are claimed to be "rainfall" and "combined tub/shower". Shower head on ground floor is a 2 dollar special from Home Depot circa 1978, poor water pressure, no even spray, like……
