The area is very nice, only a few minutes walk to the Seacliff beach, which was under construction but can still walk in. There are a lot of fast food places but they close at 8pm and then only drive thru service. Tons of easy access charging ports! Quiet fridge. Microwave. Friendly and helpful staff met all my needs. Tons of parking. My room was at the back and short walk to the car, which was helpful. Travelling alone and I felt totally safe. I didn’t get their breakfast but did use their breakfast room to toast my own breakfast and use their hot water to make my own drip coffee. Not an attractive site, but super convenient. Five minutes or less walk to shoppers drug mart, subway, Starbucks, Walmart, and many others. Gorgeous drive to Point Pelee along the water if you find the route by the marina! I spent three nights here and went to the park each day. So perfect to have a short drive back to the comfy hotel to relax and reorganize for the next day! It was a dream for a hotel not on the water. The only thing i didn’t love was the air system because the fan was noisy and constantly running. I don’t love AC and it wasn’t too hot so I just shut off the system and I was perfect, but maybe too hot for others. Had to lock our bikes in the stairwell. They were safe but I would have preferred a different option. Couldn’t find the shampoo and conditioner. They were hidden behind the shower curtain.
