Clean and comfortable, very nice beds, not too expensive and IHOP is around the corner, they also offer free breakfast, overall this is a great place to stay.

Very nice hotel in Boca del Rio
This is no Fiesta Americana, by no means. It is on the west side of the main boulevard, which makes it quiet. The staff are great, rooms are quite comfortable. Room service is awesome, from the in-house restaurant. I did not use the gym or pool. The WiFi was one of the better, more stable connections I've ever seen in at a hotel in Veracruz. I would definitely return.

We arrived late night. Was attended quickly by staff. Took our suite cases out of taxi and brought into room. The room and bathroom was nice and clean. Beds a little hard. We couldn't get TV or AC on but it was really late anyways. Overall good for one night.

Hotel de contrastes por un lado buen tamaño y comodidad de las habitaciones y por otro lado baños muy pequeños con un lavabo fuera del baño enorme y colchones de mediana calidad

esta bien para pasar la noche
Todo estubo bien. Los detalles; la reserva se hizo para 2 personas y solo colocaron una toalla de baño. En la otra habitación reservada, dieron una toalla rota. Pedimos una secadora de pelo que nunca llegó

Solo les faltaría limpiar las planchas, al usar con el vapor salían polvo blanco como si hubiera estado sin usar y el agua se hubiera evaporado quedando esos residuos.

No habia agua caliente, nadie cuida el estacionamiento no hay elevador carga uno sus maletas para subir del estacionamiento al lobby, para tomar tu habitación las puertas no son automáticas si jalas tu maleta debes abrir con el pie la puerta

Lindo hotel sucio y con mobiliario obsoleto
El hotel esta bien ubicado tiwne buen aroma pero es sucio no limpian las habitaciones como se deverian el mobiliario ya es viejo asierons manchados las camas son perfectas ahi no hay falla comodas como todos las de grupo posadas pero la regadera las paredes sucias y el asiento junto a la mesa ya deverian venderlos y comprar unos nuevos la pantalla son prehistoricas por lo tanto tienes que presionar el controm del remoto cerca de ellas para que funcionen ademas que salr la imagen minimizada no en todo el ancho de la pantalla eso es terrible

Por el mismo costo es posible encontrar algo mejor
No todas las amenidades están disponibles y no puedes pedir por ejemplo una cafetera a la habitación. He estado hospedado en otros hoteles Gamma y este es el menos agraciado. La alberca es muy pequeña y no está climatizada (o probablemente estaba apagada la climatización). Supongo este hotel era de otra cadena, todavía hay logos del antiguo dueño en todos lados.

Las habitaciones muy bien, bonitas y limpias, lo que no me gusto es el estacionamiento que tiene poco espacio y las 3 noches que estuve deje la camioneta afuera, ademas tuve que pedir toallas porque solo me habian dejado una.
