Excellent value for the $. Great location between Vaux-le-Vicomte and Fountainbleu. Delicious breakfast. Owner is a delight. Parking on-site. Only thing that would have made our stay better was a fan for air movement.

Great location and very helpful Innkeeper
Jean Pierre was so helpful and even had a guidebook for the local area in English that he had to go all the way to Paris to purchase! His wife made us wonderful French Toast for breakfast and there were many other items to choose from to start your day. The Inn is quite conveniently located for a visit to Vaux le Vicomte or Fountainebleau.

Due to travel issues we were late and found it difficult to get in touch with the owner as both our phones had gone flat, perhaps a bell outside the gate would be of assistance, however, we should have contacted to say we would be late. Bedroom was clean and tidy, though pillows not the best. Breakfast was good with a homely atmosphere.

Charming small family hotel -- WARNING!!!
The most important thing about this hotel is that you need to have a phone to call the owner. There is no bell at the gate, and no way of alerting the owner to your arrival except by phone!!!!!!!!!!! The problem with our stay was that there was no hot water because of a storm (this seems to be a regional problem), so we left a day early. Otherwise, the breakfast was the usual petit dejeuner. But the location is very cute.

Great site as hub for touring Loire chateaux
Comfortable and somewhat secluded hidden jewel. Staff very friendly, Terrific breakfast. Close to wonderful restaurant L'Etape Gourmand and the chateau with it vast and special gardens.

Pour ma part je suis resté une nuit Arrivée à 18 heures partie à 8 heures , la nuit était très chaud manquait un ventilateur. Petite déjeuner bien .

Très déçu malgré les supers avis d hotels.com
Malgré les avis plus que positif pour cette chambre d hôte, j ai été plus que déçu par la prestation et l accueil "rustre" du propriétaire. La photo de presentation ne montre pas le jardin en friche qui se trouve derrière celui qui prend la photo. Notre chambre de plein pied était infestée d araignées et aurait mérité un nettoyage serieux, toiles ++ dans les angles et au niveau de la tête de lit. Inadmissible lorsque nous payons ce prix. Un parking gratuit qui accueille...2 places. Donc il fait se garer dehors. Pour couronner le tout, l humidité et le froid dans la chambre. Bref, je déconseille vivement cette chambre d hôte.
