I was surprised how much this hotel has changed. No updates and it wasn’t particularly clean. Maybe it didn’t appear clean as it was more rundown. Parking was not available for hotel customers in the hotel garage; it is for condo owners only. Breakfast was very artificial tasting and not very health minded. The location is convenient, walkable to downtown attractions.

My husband and I had the most DELIGHTFUL stay at Rose Hill Inn during Holy Week/Spring Break! Attention to details and cleanliness were off the charts! From the immaculately clean room with comfy sheets to the delicious breakfasts and superb hospitality from everyone who runs the place, we LOVED our stay! The grounds were well taken care of and the decor was on point and consistent for the style of each room! We loved how they gave a variety choices for breakfast, greeted us upon arrival to make sure we were taken care of and got into our room okay, provided complimentary drinks and snacks in the room (including some Easter candy because of the timing of our trip), happily answered my many questions about the area (Including the informational and well designed mobile guest manual!!!!), and even had cute robes (we never actually used) and a kitchenette for all of our needs! Rose Hill Inn was the PERFECT stay for visiting The Kentucky Horse Park, The Ark Encounter, hiking in the Daniel Boone National Forest, local distilleries (Buffalo Trace) and other wonderful sights in beautiful Kentucky!

Great staff, nice rooms. Guest Room doors close very loud and wake you several times during night as others go and come. Loved location

Was very satisfied with our stay, the staff were very friendly and the hotel was overall very clean with beautiful decor. The only issue we really had was the air unit in our room was very loud and we had to turn it completely off during the night, but other than that we were pretty satisfied with everything. We dined at the restaurant located inside the hotel and the food was delicious. I wish we were staying more than one night, but my family and I will definitely stay again and for more than one night.

The hotel is unique and charming. I didn’t like how loud it was. I could hear cars all night. Also in order to use the treadmill I had to create an account with the software, which is cumbersome and unnecessary
